  • Learn fundamental fitness skills and discuss your own specific goals with a coach.
  • Check-in with your full-time nutrition coach and get the systems in place for success.
  • Continue to work, adding on to the fundamentals learned increasing the number of reps and sets.
  • 2nd check-in and body composition scan, adjusting nutrition plan if and where needed.
  • As your fitness improves, we will begin to increase the intensity in training day to day.
  • 6 week check-in and scan to see improved Body Fat, Lean Body Mass and other health markers.
